Traumasensible & kontemplative Psychotherapie
Trauma-informed & contemplative psychotherapy
As a Heilpraktikerin (Psychotherapie) — alternative practitioner for psychotherapy — licensed in Germany and born in Switzerland, I support people through challenging life phases — in English and German.
In my long-term therapy practice, I combine clinically grounded psycho- and trauma therapy — using methods such as Somatic Experiencing® (SE), NARM®, and humanistic psychotherapy — with a dharma-informed approach to inner development and growth. This combination draws on both established psychotherapeutic modalities and years of lived experience in India and time spent at a Zen monastery — a background that roots my work in various contemplative traditions, including Sufism, Zen, and Tibetan Buddhism. I offer a space where psychological and physical awareness meet inner inquiry, accompanying clients in the midst of bodily, emotional, and existential strain with compassion and depth. My therapeutic stance is shaped by a fundamental trust in the human capacity for self-healing, paired with clear, structured guidance in demanding processes.
